What is a Sister Circle

Sister Circles provide a faith based space where women can be vulnerable, encouraged, and equipped. Through guided conversations and mentorship-style circles, participants are invited to explore who they are in Christ, process their life experiences, and learn how to build meaningful, lasting relationships. The goal is not only healing and restoration, but empowerment—helping women walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

About Noura Kaddoura - Founder & Facilitator

Bio

Noura was raised Muslim in a Arab and Hispanic blended household in a strict, performance-driven environment that included verbal and physical abuse. From a young age, She faced intense pressure to be perfect, which led to years of struggle with eating disorders, depression,  rebellion, and self-destructive behaviors.

After struggling with both mental and physical challenges at 19, she encountered Jesus in a life-changing way, beginning a journey of healing and transformation that has now spanned over 14 years and continues today.

That redemption fuels her deep passion for helping women who are struggling find hope, identity, and restoration in God.

Today, Noura is a Software Engineering Manager where she leads with a strong foundation in authentic leadership, communication, and facilitation. Her career has allowed her to develop strengths in presenting, mentoring, and guiding others through growth—skills that naturally extend into ministry work.

She is passionate about creating environments where women feel seen, empowered, and equipped to step into their purpose.

Her heart for ministry is centered on walking alongside women as they heal, grow, and discover who they are in Christ.

Noura is a certified Operation Legacy Coach, has completed Chaplaincy Training, and serves as a board member for Prison Ministry of America.

Noura believes God has a plan and purpose for every woman.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope" - Jeremiah 29:11
